Carolina Panel & Co China Cabinet (1949, N.C)

By rusina, 2 January, 2013
Description

This is a china cabinet made by Carolina Panel & Co. in 1949, according to the stamp at the bottom of the drawer. I purchased this cabinet over 20 years ago from a garage sale, and it has been used ever since. The cabinet is in good condition, but probably needs refinishing/cleaning by a professional restorer.

It is in good condition, we have not done anything with this, other than polished every now and then - it is in original condition.

I would very much like to find out the value of this cabinet, and possibly sell it if someone is interested. Please e-mail me with questions and/or comments, and any information about this piece to [email protected]

I would very much like to know more about this piece - so if you know about the style/wood/origin, or any information regarding the manufacturer, Carolina Panel & Co, please take the time and tell me. The garage sale I bought it from received items from estates, so I assume that this was donated by the heirs of the original owner. The seller did not know the donees name or any other information about him/her.
