I'm trying to figure out as much info, background, and price value as possible on this set of 2 pieces so I can figure a base line for starting bid in auction listing and so I can give as much info to any possible customers to ensure that they are well aware of what thedesign purchasing before hand and stay happy customers!
I really know very little about these pieces aside from what I can see- like the designs and signature. I dont have it on hand for measurements but the picture with my hand in it can give you alil idea on the general size. Here's what I can tell you about the pieces...
*both pieces signed arnels along the bottom outer edges
*egg shell/cream colored porcelain
*what looks to be maybe hand painted floral designs on both center sides of bulb of pitcher & four smaller matching floral designs around the inner sides of the bowl
*both pieces have matching embossed designs on them (if embossed is the correct reference for it- basically raised from the pieces.) Around the edges of the bowl and all along the top and handle of the pitcher as well as coming down the body of it from the top
*floral design is still vibrant looking though the colors don't appear to be very bright though not quite as light as pastel. Flowers are purple with possibly pink and red with green stems and leafs.
