Armoire

By golden1, 17 September, 2009
Description

I would like to find out more about the history of this piece, what type of wood it is, anything about who manufactured it and possible value. My first instinct was to think that it is Art Deco. But then after searching online I saw similar styles of armoires that were listed as Victorian. Given the age of the house, either is possible. The mirrored panel in the center does not open, the doors reveal a brass bar inside with brass hooks.
