Antique Tiger Oak Rocking Chair

Description

Webster Mfg. Co., Station B, Superior, Wis. - Label on bottom of chair.  Also number 2928-6 (big stamped number) on Webster Mfg. Co. label.  Below label written across bottom of chair is 48 - 16 with #26 written over the 16.  Still in very good condition.

Size and dimensions of this item
Seat if 22" wide x 19 3/8" deep. Back is 29 3/4" high and 22" wide at top. Rocker slats are 36" long. Whole chair is 42 3/4" tall. Arms are 2 7/8" wide.
Date Period
I understand the company closed in 1937 for good.
Weight
Maybe 20 - 25 lbs.
History
I bought it about 40 years ago at a mall antiques show.
