This is a dresser that I just purchased from an estate sale. I have been told it was brought over on the boat, and I have also been told that it was made in America so I don't know which is correct. The cubby drawers on the top of the dresser are attached, and the mirror framing is attached to the dresser by some kind of joint in the wood. The legs have wooden casters, although one of the little wooden wheels has gone missing. I do not have the keys for the locks, but the casings all appear to be intact. The mirror can tilt up or down and the wooden knobs on the dresser appear to be original. It does not look to have been refinished - it definitely appears to be the original finish. I would love to have any information that can be provided, as well as an estimate of value. I am quite curious about the origin of this piece. Thank you. I may consider selling it although I would have to think about it. It is a lovely piece and I have become a little attached. The only condition issue is that there are some joints that might need to be glued again as they have gotten a little loose over the years. Thanks again for helping me find the history of this item.
