Antique Cast Iron Wood Stove/“Parlor Stove”

Description

The casting is marked “Magee Furnace Co Chelsea Mass 1865 No.0”. A tag attached to the front reads “Manufactured by H.C.Gilpatrick Great Falls, N.H.” (Somersworth NH was called Great Falls during Civil War). NEVER BEEN USED. ——Made during Civil War.—— Material: Cast iron and sheet tin. Size: ~ 40”x21”x18”.
