22 kt. gold plate, the paden city pottery co. royal china

square outer rim with round seat deep yellow gold over front of plate with lighter gold flowers with vine and leafs covering front over deeper gold with lighter gold on back china looks crackled with green stamp sayin the padden city pottery co. in circle and in ribbon says made in usa and under stamp says made in usa again then royal china warrantied 22 kt. gold and i believe it says D38 or D34 or D36 its difficult to make out. I would like to know what it is worth.

22 kt. gold plate with ethchings in a lighter gold of flowers, leafs and vine over deep yellow gold undertone all over the front or top of the plate, on the back it says in a green stamp circular with ribbon across it says made in u.s.a. across ribbon then in circle around house with stack it says the paden city pottery co. in the circle with house and stank in middle below stamp it says made in usa again then below that it says royal china warrantied 22 kt. gold and i believe it says D 36 or D 38 or D 34 its hard to make out
