I have two oak high back chairs, no arm rests. they have minor scratches on the seat and legs. They are in overall good condition. These were my mom's and she has since passed away. I am wondering how much I should sell them for.

Antique rug

Description

This 9x12 foot Oriental rug was in my grandparents' guest room for decades and saw very little foot traffic. Unfortunately, a teething lab puppy got to one small place along the edge a few years ago (see photo below).  Apart from some other signs of wear along the edges, the rug is in great condition.  The photos below don't really do it justice.
