I got this piece as a tip for doing some home improvements.

I was offered $700 but did not have an appraisal yet.

I took it to a local appraiser and he said he would sell it for a $1000 and give me $700

Im looking for another appraisal, second opinion.

There is no damage to this piece and is in excellent shape.

The Couch was bought in either 1946 or 1947. It is a sofa pullout couch. One of the original Castro Convertibles. An early edition. In unbelieveable condition. This couch is in its original state. It is black leather and has never been re-upholstered. There is no snags or cuts whatsoever. I was just wondering what an approximate appraisal would be. Thank You so much!

Cut Glass cruet with cork and silver stopper

I got these from an estate and they are really charming little plates I guess is what they are. On the recessed side, the plates are blank. On the reverse side the plates each have one flower designed into the glass. They are milk white. The biggest one is 5 1/2" in diameter and the smaller one is 3 1/4" in diameter. The recessed bowl area goes down about a 1/2".

I have here two crystal salt and pepper shakers with screw on glass tops. They are in great condition. Measure 3 1/4" tall with lid on.

Blue and white what I believe to be japanese porcelain.  On the bottom of all the dishes is a symbol.  The design is of bamboo trees.  The only thing that does not have the symbol is the teapot.
